Purpose

Purchase With Purpose is intended to connect participating users, businesses, and beneficiary organizations through reported completed purchases and contribution workflows. These draft terms describe the expected operating rules that must be reviewed and approved before public launch.

Accounts and roles

One account may act as a purchaser, a business administrator, and a beneficiary administrator when the required onboarding, authority, payment, payout, tax, and policy gates are satisfied.

Purchase reports

Users report completed purchases after the fact. A report may require business review, administrative review, payment confirmation, or other checks before any contribution is treated as paid.

Business review and payment

Participating businesses are responsible for reviewing reported purchases and paying approved commission invoices according to the applicable program rules. Business visibility may be paused when required payment, authority, policy, or operational gates are not met.

Beneficiary contributions

Contributions shown to users or beneficiaries may be pending until the related business payment has been received, reconciled, and paid out under the program rules. A beneficiary payout is final only when payout finality is recorded by the approved payout process.

Provider directory data

Provider directory search and display may include business information sourced from Google Maps Platform, including business names, addresses, ratings, review counts, categories, status, location, distance, and related place information. Google-sourced content must be displayed with Google attribution and is subject to Google's terms and policies.

Provider participation, service categories, service radius, and directory visibility may change. Only enrolled and active providers can verify purchase reports, and Purchase With Purpose is not responsible if a provider becomes unavailable, inactive, suspended, or removed before a report is filed.

No business profile management

Purchase With Purpose does not provide tools for businesses to manage their Google Business Profile. Google-sourced information is used for provider discovery, verification support, and directory display only.

Client/legal approval required
